DEEP MEDITATIONS
The 'Hollow & Empty' meditations - in the voice of Sri Sri Ravi Shankar - form an important part of the course. Negative thoughts, stress and tension which lie hidden deep within your nervous system start to disappear.
SILENCE
Silence is more than not speaking, it is a way to renew ourselves physically, mentally, and spiritually.
Even just a few minutes of true silence gives a rest far deeper than sleep, and possibly anything else you’ve experienced in life.
WISDOM
Wisdom from the Vedas: discover the 'four pillars of knowledge' from ancient Vedic Indian texts, which give us practical tools to lead blissful, fulfilling lives.
Q&A sessions will give you clarity and your teacher will give answers at your (life) questions.
MUSIC
Often, silence is associated with sadness. But in this retreat, silence is a celebration. After a full day of yoga, meditation and processes, the evenings are spent celebrating the inner spirit through soulful music and sacred chants.
MUDRAS & BREATHING TECHNIQUES
The program builds upon the breathing exercises taught during the Art of Breathing Program and teaches a series of Mudras – a subtle technique to balance the mind and emotions.

As international coordinator he manages thousands of volunteers all over Europe. He is the living example of how to live a busy life without stress and be happy.

Art of Living senior teacher for over 17 years.
She has been the coordinator of The Art of Living Spain for 8 years. Today she coordinates the training of new volunteers in Europe.
Having been trained in India, Mexico, Argentina and Germany, Today she is invited to give workshops in Europe and Latin America.
